Dwayne was the pastor who founded of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he started in 2007. He is a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the future generation of Biblical Counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written several online articles as well as co-author in Christ Centered Biblical Counseling, Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars).
